Job Description:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to relevant departments, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Provide basic information regarding company services, products, and departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with administration staff for scheduling meetings, appointments.
  • Support Admin with office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure proper communication flow between departments through reception support.
  • Uphold company image by maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and customer-focused service.
