| Job Description: |
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with a strong focus on Selenium automation to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Python, and related technologies.You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications by automating tests, identifying bugs, and working closely with the QA and development teams.
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Hrs Requirement: 140 hrs
- Work Schedule: Flexible but first 3 months is mandated schedule
- Work Type: Remote
- Compensation/mo: 150K to 200K PKR depending on experience (33% of this is vested/payable upon VC funding). Note that if you are near fresher level, we are only offering unpaid 3 mo. internship with a stipend.
- Pay Schedule: once a month
- How is performance tracked and graded: as per manager review
- Time tracking policy: mandatory screen recording submissions via OBS Software. Upload videos to Gdrive or YouTube. VA team does the checking, not your manager directly.
- Who will check for performance of employee & keep detailed notes: Jake’s personal VA
- Which options are available for payouts: only Payoneer
