In Pakistan, Acted has been active since 1993 and has provided assistance across all provinces to an estimated 6.9 million people. The assistance has included emergency response to meet the immediate and live-saving needs of natural disaster and complex emergency affected households, as well as recovery and development support in the form of education and livelihoods promotion and assistance.

Assignment

In order to ensure accurate and complete documentations of all projects as per the FLA-01 Project FLAT Compliance folder Contents and FLA-02 FLAT Compliance Checklist. Assist Country FLAT Compliance Manager/Officer / Internal Auditor in preparation of Internal/external audits. Follow Up on procedures and systems of ACTED-Pakistan, FLAT Compliance Assistant will work under the direct supervision of Country FLAT Compliance Manager/ Internal Auditor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Update \"FLA-01 Project FLAT Compliance folder Contents on monthly basis and fulfill the contosos in folder mentioned chapter wise and sent to country office

Check and Update the on monthly basis the report \"FLA-02 FLAT Compliance Checklist\" for the relevance and compliance of documents in Project FLAT folders

Gather the documents needed for projects FLAT folders: link with Base Logistics for the delivery of documents, with Base Programming for the distribution of documents, and with Base Finance for the settlement of contracts

Assist Audit/Compliance Officer in communication with FLAT Team in Capital in order to follow up the documents required in each project FIAT file

Ensure to Collect the List of Beneficiaries from Program Team at the end of Project

Compare the beneficiaries list with project final reports

Ensure with on time follow up that FLAT folders are arranged with all required contains, base wise/project wise,

Keep the FLAT folders updated, and ensure that information on contracts is shared with FLAT team,

Respect ACTED standard FLAT folder system:

Arranged and duplicate FLAT folders and send to ACTED HQ on monthly basis,

Check the consistency between national project\'s implementation and administrative documentation;

Assist the Audit team during all Internal audit to base

Assist Country office during all external audit

Any other task assigned by the area coordinator/country FLAT department

Reporting:

Area Compliance Officer would be directly reporting to Country FLAT Compliance Officer/Manager. Report Monthly on the formats developed in FLAT Compliance Handbook. Report on the other Internal Audit tools developed by Internal Auditor. Report the updates of the Compliance situation for all projects during the country compliance meetings.

Pillar 2 – Income generation and sustainable livelihoods – ACTED has extensive experience in this sector including market-oriented vocational trainings, basic skills development, as well as on and off-farm livelihood assistance;
Pillar 3 – Social cohesion and access to basic services – ACTED improves access to basic services through a range of measures including support for educational institutions, community infrastructure and local governance. Social cohesion is a key component to ensuring equitable service provision. ACTED’s interventions include the establishment of local representation bodies as well as supporting the rights of women, minorities and marginalized groups;
Pillar 4 – Environmental protection and community resilience – This pillar aims to mitigate some of the effects of recurrent disasters, climate change and environmental degradation. Interventions start at a household level, such as construction of fuel efficient
