The initial training will be in Beijing, China, and the later work location will be in Lahore.
1. Communication Liaison: Act as the key communication bridge between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders (particularly within Sino-Pakistani business units and partners), ensuring accurate, timely information flow and relationship management.
2. Meeting Management: Organize, prepare for, and participate in meetings chaired by or involving the Chairman. Accurately document minutes/action items and drive follow-up (in Chinese/English).
3. Project Monitoring: Assist the Chairman in tracking the progress of key initiatives, coordinating resources, and driving tasks to successful, timely completion.
4. Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive information with utmost discretion and strict adherence to company confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher. with HSK 5 Certification or higher, fluency in both written and spoken English.
2. Execution & Drive: Proven strong execution skills, results-oriented, capable of efficiently and accurately completing tasks independently. Must thrive under pressure, adeptly manage multiple concurrent priorities, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
3. China Experience: Prior work experience or extended residence in China, with familiarity with Chinese business culture and practices.
4. Business Acumen: Strong business etiquette, professional presence, and commercial awareness.
