We are seeking a passionate Truck dispatcher detail-oriented to oversee freight shipments, collaborate with drivers, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and outstanding communication skills to facilitate seamless coordination between clients, drivers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and any changes to delivery plans.
• Monitor and track the progress of shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time.
• Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to maximise profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the company\'s client base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve operations.
• Timings:5PM TO 2:00AM
