| Job Description: |
- Ensures Quality Management system processes is established, implemented and maintained as per requirement of ISO 9001:2015
- Reports to Top Management on Quality Management System performance and where improvements are needed
- Conducts Management Review Meetings and Internal Quality Audits
- Prepare and submit Monthly Management reports
- Implement corrective actions when required
- Ensuring corrective actions are mentioned to confirm their effectiveness
- Ensuring agreed preventive actions are implemented
- Planning of staff training in consultation with the charge of sections
- Operation of the document control system and maintenance of relevant records
- Ensure that third-party Quality Management System certification is obtained and maintained
- Or any other duties/tasks assigned by your line manager
