We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations(bookkeeping)including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, Tax Preparations & Compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including Invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and file Sales Tax Returns for each month.
• Maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/Inventory-Stocklist.
• Process and maintain records of payments, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Handle petty cash management and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.

NOTE;- A Bonus is applicable for each year on the filling and submission of Income Tax/Advance Tax returns at the end of each fiscal year.
