Job Description:

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a knack for driving sales on Amazon? QuiQia is seeking a dedicated individual to support the management of our Amazon accounts. If you\'re passionate about optimizing product listings, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient Product Listing: Create compelling product titles, descriptions, and keywords by researching details from manufacturers and distributors.
  • Optimization: Assist in developing product descriptions and conducting keyword research to enhance marketplace performance.
  • Sales Enhancement: Drive sales of both newly launched and existing products on Amazon through strategic initiatives.
  • Market Trend Understanding: Stay updated on Amazon market trends to capitalize on opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Advertising Campaign Management: Manage all Advertising Campaigns including PPC to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment alongside 15 professionals to achieve collective goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Listing Optimization Skills: Proficiency in creating compelling product listings and conducting keyword research.
  • Market Awareness: Understanding of Amazon market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Advertising Campaign Management: Experience in managing PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful collaboration and customer service.
