UK Based Travel & Tour operator is looking for Travel Consultant for their Call Centre in Bahrai Town Islamabad, Pakistan. Candidate must have 4 to 5 years experiance as Travel Consultant and excellent command on English language. Candidate also need to have excellent command on GDS. SABRE, GALILEO & WORLDSPAN. Candidiate must have knowledge of Internet and Internet applications. e.g MS Office, Outlook.
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
- Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Consult clients in all their queries.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
