We are looking for enterprising young digital marketing manager who can not only manage our all our social accounts but also enhance our brand image. Should have excellent communication and leadership skills and should be proficient in written and oral English. 

Responsibilities :

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence on all social media platform.
• Implement digital marketing tactics, including search engine/social marketing (SEM), pay-per-click marketing (PPC), display and re-targeting
• Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft advertising, organic content and all other online ad/content efforts. That includes SEO
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Organize and managed students data received from our website and social media and implement email marketing campaigns by collaborating with different course program leaders. Also have knowledge to implement A/B testing of email campaigns.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer to create engaging visual post for social media and paid ads .
• Optimize images for digital marketing efforts including user experience and SEO
• HTML experience a plus
• Other duties may be assigned

Digital Marketing Manager requirements

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
