Job Description: |
We are hiring an Assistant HR Manager to assist our current Project Manager in carrying out the HR related activities. The following responsibilities are expected from him: -
- Assist in CVs screening, recruitment and selection process.
- Plan & manage support staff day-to-day work activities.
- Office / building maintenance and caretaking of office equipment.
- Purchasing, condemnation and tendering related issues.
- Plan, develop and monitor HR strategies / policies aligned with the business strategy.
- Bridging in-between management and employee by addressing their demands / grievances and resolving them with management.
- Developing pay plan and benefits program and keeping track record of salaries.
- Keeping all other HR related info for each employee.
- Provide positive working environment to all employees.
- Rest of all other HR responsibilities those come under the HR umbrella.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree i.e. 16-years regular education degree holder will be given preference. However, if less degree holder candidate best suits the position, could be hired.
- At least proven 1-year working experience as Assistant HR or other HR related work.
- Knowledge of HR systems MS-Excel.
- Ability to architect strategies along with leadership skills.
