| Job Description: |
We are looking for Team leads and Senior BPO/Telemarketing Executives for long term professional relationship.
Energetic and motivated individuals.
- 3+ Years Call Center Experience in any role.
- At least 6 months Experience as a Sales Trainer or in a Leadership role.
- Must have excellent communication & presentation skills. (Along with an American or neutral accent)
- Display exceptional selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
- Able to work night shift (6pm to 3am) Monday through Friday.
- Knack for problem solving.
- Must be organized and process oriented.
Selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate new Hiring for our Sales Executives.
- Run our graduation program and ensure trainees hit their sales targets to successfully get appointment.
- Conduct Accent trainings.
- Up-train our existing staff to positively impact our sales targets.
- Attend Board interviews and select Sales Executive candidates.
- Work with Business Development Team to enable and improve the business development prospects.
Be available 06:00PM to 03:00AM Pakistan Standard time, Monday to Friday
Salary + Individual and Team commissions and target bonuses awarded. |
