| Job Description: |
- Understanding of various types of security threats and their solutions.
- Providing support for the information security policies and procedures based on the best IT security best practice and IT Security Policy, under the guidance of the IT Management.
- Evaluate the appropriate security change management policies are being maintained.
- Demonstrate the policies and arrangements for Security and encryption of data on the user machines based on the IT Security Policy.
- Providing support on user security for end user whenever required.
- Proactive monitoring of security threats.
- Updating IT Domain with latest security threats/ solutions.
- Performing information security risk assessments of IT Assets.
- Proactively monitoring Implementation of information security policies and procedures for the organization.
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems.
- Forward the unresolved issues to relevant level-2 teams of respective domains and follow up with them till the issue is fixed.
- Monitors compliance with information security policies and procedures, referring problems to the appropriate team manager to address the highlighted issues.
- Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests.
