| Job Description: |
- To develop the Marketing and Communication Strategy and Plan with the concern of Manager Marketing
- To develop brand strategy, media strategy, creative development strategy, brand plan, campaign strategy, promotional activities in consultation with the Manager Marketing.
- To supervise and direct the workflow of marketing communication of the company
- To supervise and assigning job tasks to marketing team brand team, graphic designers,
- To Manage agency, facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications.
- To stay up to date on industry trends and continuous improvement in catalogue and web content management.
- To manage Local and International Exhibition
- To directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
- To develop and implement the strategy of website content, banners, promotional content for multimedia and manage website posting and updates the content of the website
- To develop Social media strategy and content management strategy and supervising posts
- To devise strategies and suggest allocation of company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing
- To improve customer perception of RM Salt products and Brand.
To Supervise internal communications with internal liaison, as well as Web or social media presence, is all in the domain of communications management |
