·         Devising and implementing Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to Supply Operations, Supply Coordination, Product Imports and Supply Planning to streamline activities

·         Effectively managing Product Imports, Supply Operations and Supply Coordination Units Ensuring efficient product arrangement and movement at local depots and installations nationwide.

·         Implementing Quality Management System in Supply department thereby streamlining the systems and processes

·         Responsible for planning entire supply chain to ensure product availability and optimizing profitability of the company
