Job Description: |
- Keep Stock follow up & availibilty of stock
- New Orders Generating
- Coordiantion with support departments
- Shipment follow up & Coordiantion with suppliers & Vendors
- DHL/Courier follow up (tracking & ensure pick up arrangments)
- DHL duty invoice payments in orders ( LC,Expense,Local purchase etc.)
- Keep Qoutaion & Invoices record and sharing with concerns
- Filling of the doccuments & on time LC closing
