Job Description:
  • Keep Stock follow up & availibilty of stock
  • New Orders Generating
  • Coordiantion with support departments
  • Shipment follow up & Coordiantion with suppliers & Vendors
  • DHL/Courier follow up (tracking & ensure pick up arrangments) 
  • DHL duty invoice payments in orders ( LC,Expense,Local purchase etc.)
  • Keep Qoutaion & Invoices record and sharing with concerns 
  • Filling of the doccuments & on time LC closing
