Role and Responsibilities

• Manage counseling team and allocation of resources for outreach across North and Central regions.  Build and manage Dignosco counselor’s network and key relationships with other organizations, identifying business opportunities.
• Develop and manage Dignosco Alumni networks.
• Allocate regions to teams managed to enhance company market share
• Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information and resolving queries.
• Conduct research and prepare reports for segments across undergraduate, graduate and MBA education at the top universities across the world.
• Communicate our efforts in Pakistan to multi-lateral agencies, MNCs and targeted global Universities.
• Support marketing, business development, executive and client data requests from Counseling department
• Maintain individual client files and manage client communication for all counseling products including; undergraduate, graduate, MBA, school abroad, foundation, college road map student advisory program.
• Track login details, and operational status of applications and admission decisions for all clients.
• Coordinate work between clients, higher management and fellows/interns.
• Handle daily weekly, monthly meeting with higher management to discuss performance highlight key issues and solutions.
• Maintain communication with students and universities.
• Reconciliation of fellow workflow.
• Conduct client meetings and help them with their university lists, extracurricular activities and application for USA, UK, Canada and Europe.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

At least bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international university

• Articulate, Energetic, Team player, Social, and Responsible
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
• Prior sales experience
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
