| Job Description: |
- Effective Complaint Logging and Management as per the defined SOP. Report and Follow to Sort out bottle necks to to resolve customer problems and to achieve their satisfaction
- Correction of services Data, as per the Team feedback.
- Issuance and Tracking of Preventive Services. Correction of services Data, as per the Team feedback.
- Supervise and Track Customer Data update.
- Account Managemnet of each Customers .
- Tracking and Reporting frequent and repetitive Complaints.
- Tracking and logging Team response to internal and external Customers.
- Must Have good communication skills
