Job Description:

We are an American Clientele based medical services company looking for experienced customer service executives having proper fluent English with neutral accent, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail with good work ethics for our night team in a long-term permanent campaign.

NO SALES CALLS! ONLY INBOUND INQUIRY CALLS.

Job responsibilities would include answering incoming calls, answering simple queries, book for appointment, transferring call to relevant department in case of a complex issue.

Between 18 to 35 years old.
