Job Description: |
- Follow Client instructions regarding quality
- Follow company's SOP, policies, norms and values.
- On behalf of client, take customer call as per given instructions and standards.
- Position holder is responsible for attending hurdles, before shift timings
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
