Job Description
The position is responsible to promote all company’s products and to execute customer wise sales & collection plans.
1.Ensure visibility of assigned products on dealer’s showroom.
2.Prepare sales and collection plan with line manager according to sales & credit policy, provide updated dealer’s financial position against plan and motivate customers to comply as per operational plans.
3.Identify new area for business during market visit, gathered competitor’s new sizes/designs/prices information and report to respective supervising Manager.
4.Keep updated on daily basis about available of stock in warehouse, make orders, inform dealers about size wise / design wise production timings. Strive to upsell company’s valued added products.
5.Ensure company’s set policies (Discount offer, Aging, Price cap, discount slabs, trade schemes etc.) be communicated to all customers in timely fashion.
6.Inform the dealer about new Size / design launch. Sample and other promotional material be provided on regularly basis.
7.Coordinate to sort out any complaint or pending claim in timely manner.
8.Coordination with internal auditor for conducting the dealer’s audit and balance confirmation.
