Job Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Branch Operation Managers. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

· Effective supervision of operation staff.

· Ensure compliance to Operations policies & procedures.

· Ensure delivery of quality Customer Services in accordance with policies

· Ensure compliance of KYC at account opening and account maintenance stages.

· Maintain upkeep of Branch.

· Ensure discipline among branch staff

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Experience: At least 3 years relevant banking experience including 1 year as supervisor.
