Job Description:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance (HVAC Engineer):

Responsible for overall management of operational and maintenance / periodic and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment's and auxiliaries at all locations / staff.

To troubleshoot mechanical works and chillers/Cooling tower, auxiliaries and carry inventory of critical spares.

To coordinate correspondence with suppliers / vendors plan and carryout preventive / periodic maintenance at different locations.

New Projects (Project Engineer):

To plan, schedule and execute HVAC, mechanical and associated works for new projects / up gradations.

To ensure timely completion of projects with define quality and within specified budgets.

To handle all documentations regarding project management.
