Job Description: |
- To analyze and investigate annual and monthly financial accounts
- To undertake financial administration
- To prepare reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements;
- To Liaison with managerial staff, colleagues and clients
- To develop and manage financial systems/policies
- To administer payrolls
- To control income and expenditure
- To ensure compliance with taxation legislation
- To issue invoices to customers
- To conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
- To conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- To maintain the petty cash fund
- To issue financial statements
- To provide information to the external accountant who creates the companys financial statements
- To record cash receipts and make bank deposits
