Job Description:
The Ideal candidate should:
  • Minimum Graduation, ideal candidate may have BSc plus MBA degree.
  • Have at least about 15 years of previous work experience in managerial positions in the Telecom industry (or top-tier consulting companies with experience in Telecom industry)
  • Have experience in the area of Product Marketing, Project management, Product development, Budgeting, Financial Planning, Analyses, Managerial Reporting, Commercial Planning, Business Intelligence, or Corporate/Business Development PMO
Job Description:
  • Provide recommendations on overall product roadmap including – new product launches, onboarding, product enhancements, product extension, features and functionality set
  • Lead creation of user stories and high level product requirements document (PRD) and coordinate with product development and project management teams to prioritize requirements and manage timeline and execution
  • Day to day coordination with internal functional and support groups (Operations, Customer Service, Legal and Compliance team, Risk and Fraud management etc.) to manage the overall customer experience and address any product issues
  • Partner with marketing teams in developing product marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging and execution of marketing tactics and plan
  • Drive reporting and analysis requirements with Business Intelligence and reporting teams – own the overall product portfolio reporting on key metrics
  • Define and maintain standards for the project management team using Project Management guidelines, Quality Standards and Company requirements to implement projects in a manner that introduces economies of repetition, and meets financial expectations established at project start
  • Manage the prioritization of projects proposed by each of the business are in order to establish project management staffing levels, training, tools, and software across all interfaces that will allow the project teams to achieve the Company’s objectives with respect to given projects
  • Provide leadership to ensure proper investments in tools, processes and people are done to govern Project Portfolio, Risk Reviews, Document Controls and Project Management Training
  • Act as senior management to help settle disputes between Owner/Project Manager and the Contractor/Supplier/Customer in order to fairly settle project related contractual and customer satisfaction issues
  • Enable "Early warning" system for project status and help projects develop decisions and run the decision-making process
  • Develop and maintains high end standard for regular project status reporting to track progress
  • Keep master version of detailed work plans for all major projects under the oversight of the project management office and tracks project progress vs. the plans
  • Participate from Business Control side in HQ and group-wide projects led by other functions
  • Recognize patterns, trends, or themes in situation, behaviors or information and formulates concepts, theories or models to understand and make decisions in complex circumstances
  • Produce written material in business and technical language. Effectively deliver message to own area of responsibility as well as cross-functional audiences, formally and informally, by providing both the big picture understanding and illustrating important linkage

  • To lay foundation of Product development unit, processes / framework development
