| Job Description: |
- Collect and review business requirements, ensure clarity and establish expectations for services requested.
- Develop full-scale project plan and associated communication documents.
- Develop manage and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables and resources.
- Responsible for the project time schedule.
- Use Agile/SCRUM or standard software development processes. Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stockholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Understand web based application development and industry trends.
- Ability to track projects with dependencies that cross functions like application development, systems administration, database management, business operations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure environment.
- Must be extremely disciplined.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree from a reputed institution.
- 2-4 years' experience in managing projects within the Enterprise software market.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
