Job Description:

The Ideal candidate should:

  • Hold a Masters Degree, MBA will be preferred

  • Have at least 4-5 years of work experience.

Job Description:

  • Work as a part of the MFS corporate segments team to bring on board B2B corporate clients
  • Establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key officials in SMEs / private organizations considering organizational objectives
  • Determine the role that MFS corporate products can play in the organizations to enhance their efficiency / transparency etc.
  • Ensure customized sales pitches to the organizations accordingly
  • Understand and gather requirement for ongoing and upcoming initiatives in microfinance, NGOs , transport companies etc.
  • Responsible for notifying sales/segments team for relevant RFPs/EOIs related to corporate solution offerings and facilitating in furnishing them
  • Stay involved in the sales process from lead generation to client onboarding and execution including necessary legal or other documents to be submitted to the organization
  • Negotiate with the clients on commercial aspects of the proposals while keeping organizational revenue and profitability targets in perspective
  • Work with the MFS segments team to customize products considering needs of the clients
  • Develop a strategy to target private organizations for MFS corporate products
  • Lead regional MFS corporate sales team to target organization for segment specific sales
  • Responsible for achieving regional revenue targets for MFS corporate solution

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of Corporate sales
  • Knowledge of transactional banking , branchless banking products
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Knowledge of Banking / Micro Finance / branchless banking knowledge would be preferred
