| Job Description: |
| AS an SQA Lead you will be responsible for identification, reproduction and tracking of software defects.
- You will be converting business requirements into test plans and test cases, and executing manual testing as well as automated testing according to generated plans.
- In the meanwhile, you will be maintaining a database of defects using bug tracking system, reporting them to development teams and monitoring bug resolution efforts and tracking successes.
- You will be monitoring program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations, participating in product design reviews to provided input on functional requirements, products designs, schedules or potential problems.
- You will be responsible for overall devlivery of output through effective work break-down structuring and work allocation to the team.
The candidate must have adequate knowledge and exposure of:
- writing test cases
- technical documentation
- automated testing
- stress / load testing
- QA of web applications
- testing methodoligies such as agile / scrum etc.
