Job Description: |
Job Objective
The IT Compliance Manager is be responsible for formulating various IT policies including IT security policy and ensuring adherence to these policies across the organization on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
- Build QA Information Security teams and train other resources.
- Ensure adherence to technology standards and development procedures
- Review systems development and maintenance projects for project scheduling, estimation of time, cost and other resources for project deliverables and end user satisfaction.
- Review major application systems maintenance projects to ensure that program changes or systems modifications are carried out as per business/operational requirements and technology standards.
- Monitor system's performance and tracking problems as a result of program changes.
- Monitor the execution of internal quality audits and ensuring the effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.
- Be responsible for system security planning, developing and auditing security policies across multiple platforms through automatic and manual means.
- Defining processes to manage the information systems security.
- Provide support in security management and security standards documentations.
- Ensure compliance of IT and IT security policies.
- Any other assignments or duties deemed necessary by the bank.
Job Requirements
- Masters in Computer Science with specialization in QA and information security related subjects or equivalent qualification from a reputed local and foreign university.
- Possess at least 4 years of proven experience in software quality assurance of enterprise-level applications preferably in banking environment and a minimum of 3 years experience in an enterprise security environment with a technical orientation including installing, configuring and troubleshooting experience.
- Have exposure of working with internal audit and/or public accounting information risk management practices i regards to information security policies
- Preferably have CISA qualification
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills
- Have an organized and methodical approach in addressing IT compliance matters in domain of quality assurance and information security.
