We are a fast growing Internet company providing Live Chat Software and Service to 5000+ online advertisers.
We are looking for a dependable, responsible, enthusiastic Internet Service Representatives who will help service our growing customer base.
We are looking for someone who understands the concept of exceeding customer expectations and is able to communicate in both Spanish and English.
This individual will participate in all aspects of customer care and sales. The position involves conducting live chats on behalf of our customers. |
Required Skills: |
Candidates must have the following skills to be considered:
• Detail oriented, positive attitude and a desire to identify and resolve customer issues Previous customer service experience is preferred
•Excellent written/verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
•Must be highly proficient with the use of computers (Internet, business software IM technology)
