Premier Choice – a leading international real estate organization, with multiple mega-projects in Pakistan, UAE and US is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager, who will work closely with the Head of Marketing & senior management to design & manage effective marketing campaigns. Ideal individual must have in-depth understanding of how to plan, implement, manage and monitor campaigns & budgets across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, plan and execute pay-per-click advertising campaigns
• Create creative ad copies and captions according to the current trends and nature of our business
• Collect data, generate reports and carry out leading performance data
• Forecast Leads & ROI
• Undertake keyword research and report on a weekly basis
• Generate Reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Define and implement goal tracking
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
• Test and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and targets
• Understand and analyze trends in results data to maximize return on investment
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving traffic and ROI
• Perform market and competitor research, analyses, and implement the best plan of action
• Budget pacing, audience analysis, and optimization
• Keeping up to date with industry trends
• Keep on top of industry advances and appropriate tools to enhance paid search channels

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
• A proven track record of running ads campaign in the various markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in building campaigns
• Strong understanding of media research and AI tools
• Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
• Expert in Search Engine Marketing
• Experience with Search Networks, Display Networks, and YouTube Ads
