HQ Analytics, a USA-based company is actively seeking to hire "Clinical Documentation Improvement Officers" CDI-Officers (Pharmacist or BS Nutritionist) Clinical Documentation officer facilitates improvement in the overall quality, completeness, and accuracy of medical record documentation.
- The Individual will perform concurrent inpatient medical record reviews.
- This position interacts with Physicians/Doctors, Health information services (HIS) coding staff, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation support resource utilization, length of stay, and patient outcomes.
- CDI officer will be responsible to educate all members of the patient care team and participate in the development of educational tools and programs for the healthcare team.
- The individual will collect and analyze data to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical documentation processes and physician participation.
- Excellent English communication skills are required to communicate frequently with Healthcare Providers/Doctors.
