Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff and workers learning and development programs.
- Assist in formulating and executing management & technical training calendars.
- Assist in development of management and technical training modules and programs.
- Assist in development and facilitation of relevant “in-house” training sessions / programs.
- Liaise with external training providers to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided
Requirement:
- Fresh to 1 year experience in HR
- Bachelors / Masters (Business / Engineering)
Skills:
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on production floors and with production teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
