| Job Description: |
- Responsible for personal files record keeping as per set SOP.
- Responsible for sending attendance, hold / left employees for preparing monthly payroll.
- Operating attendance portal. Generating reports, monitoring daily attendance, and resolving employee quires related to portal site.
- Preparing full & final settlements.
- Responsible for preparing employee undertaking and agreements as per requirement.
- Coordinating with bank for opening bank accounts of new employees.
- Responsible for execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordination with Govt department for industrial relations i.e. EOBI, PESSI, Labor department etc.
- Orientation of new employees and timely distribution of HR related circular and information.
- Issuing letters as and when needed.
- Preparing job description of employees.
- Maintaining confidential record and filing.
- Handling employee queries related to all HR matters.
- To assure safe working environment.
- Any other task assigned by the HR Manager.
