| Job Description: |
We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. The ideal candidate will work with our team of engineers to design and build the mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Android Open Source Platform and Material Design principles
- Knowledge of Kotlin
- Understanding of Reactive programming - RxJava/RxAndroid/RxKotlin
- Able to build software with a focus on testability - Test/Behavior Driven Development, Dependency Injection
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and also should have knowledge of Scrum/Agile
- Take ownership together with the squad throughout the whole development cycle - from ideation over design to implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance
