| Job Description: |
- Manage and coordinate the activities of Sales Engineers engaged in promoting and selling medical equipment
- Implement sales programs to developing sales and increase market shares and monitoring of annual sales forecast.
- Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Sell a full product line of offerings, provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing & new customers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Be adept at multi-tasking, have strong organizational skills to keep track of projects while maximizing productivity, have the ability to anticipate and detect problems and opportunities in situations and relationships
