What is the opportunity?
- An exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our Digital Innovation Team and lead multiple development projects under an agile environment.
What will you do?
As a senior lead of a highly effective agile team, you will be responsible to:
- Liaison with Product development team and lead multiple development projects for Internet and Mobile banking platform – from product design to final launch
- Manage product backlog and prioritization of features, considering varying priorities across multiple lines of Business.
- Manage Agile Teams to build best-in-class digital experience
- Build technology teams for achieving projects launch milestones set by organization
- Lead complex projects/programs from design & development to production
- Actively participate and assist team in the development of solution frameworks and implementation of complex business logics
- Oversee coordination with vendors, internal development teams for the implementation of project
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project Team members, contractors/vendors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
What do you need to succeed?
- Computer Science Graduate from a renowned university
- More than 8 years of software development experience under an agile environment
- Experience with multiple languages including Java, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
- Hands on experience with various design, architectural patterns and micro-services architecture
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, analytical skills, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
