Horizon Technologies is looking for a Zoho specialist for one of its partners.

The potential candidate must have knowledge of Zoho one app knowledge and an understanding of Zoho one app implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate must have sound knowledge of zoho one App.
• The candidate must possess hands-on experience in the implementation of the Zoho app and related softwares.
• The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of Zoho from implementation to it application.

Job Skills Requirements

• The candidate must be an expert in the integration, deployment & user training of  CRM systems specially Zoho one  & other major business applications.
• Solid knowledge and experience with ERP & CRM  software.
• Ability to recognize and analyze technical problems.
• Strong ability to communicate and explain technical needs and problems to provide a solution
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations with professionalism and speed.
• Desired canadidate must be part of the process and should be the part of the team where the company transform it self into a digital company 
• Fluent in English and excellent communications skills are required

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Certification in CRM systems (Zoho will be preferred)

• NOTE:

• English Speaking & Witting is mandatory for this job.
• This is a night shift job and its timing is from 6 pm till 3 am (Monday till Friday)
