| Job Description: |
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales agents on urgent basis, interested candidates may share their updated profile with us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suits them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Experience of 2-3 years in real estate industry.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand and present contracts
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
