| Job Description: |
- Prepare of Bank and Cash payment vouchers, Journal Vouchers (JV)
- Filing and Compliance of Monthly W.H. & Sale Tax Statements
- Prepare supporting documents to assist in Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet, Cash flow.
- Maintain Bank Accounts and Bank Reconciliation
- Issue of Invoices and manage receipts, debit/ credit notes, etc.
- Maintain Petty Cash
- Manage basic Inventory Accounts
- Process monthly payroll
- Ensure timely filing of WHT, Income Tax, and Sales Tax Return
- Reconcile Customer accounts receivable, Supplier payable, Inter-company ledger, etc.
