| Job Description: |
- The candidate must have comprehensive Functional and Technical implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in particular Dynamics 365 CRM Online.
- The candidate must be an able to develop, test and deploy Dynamics CRM Solutions.
- The candidate must have the following qualifications.
- 5+ years experience of configuration and development in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM for Organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
- Ability to customize Dynamics CRM using JavaScript and .NET code, develop plugins and develop custom features and workflows if required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Experience with SQL is a must
- Experience with Customer Service and Sales Modules is preferred
- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. Experience with SSIS, SSRS and Power BI preferred
- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications are a plus
- Project Management experience a plus
