A Call Center located in  Rawalpindi, looking for CSR to join our team for its US campaigns. Must have a good command on communication skills in ENGLISH. And the ability to work in Night Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Managing calls.

• Handling Sales leads

• Assessing and identifying customers need and satisfaction.

• Use of valid accurate tools to gather complete information.

• Follow communication procedures, policies and guidelines.

Skills Requirements:

• Fresh or Experience CSR.

• Ability of international call handling.

• Communication and presentation skills.

• Multi-tasking.

• Time management.

Training will be provided.

Salary: Fixed 32k with Bonus, you can earn up to 50k/month if hardworking enough

Qualification:

• High school.

• Graduates.

• Master.
