Job Description: |
- To record all accounting transactions.
- Prepare various monthly/weekly/daily management reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Handle receivables and payables activities.
- Ensure proper accounting and record of Assets Movements.
- Prepare data for monthly returns of sales tax and income tax withholding statements.
- Assist Head of accounts in periodical reporting to different Government bodies & authorities.
- Working with head of accounts to monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
- Process payroll including calculation & deduction of WHT u/s 149.
- Look after general admin related work.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all office equipments are working and properly maintained.
